2. Stop washing too much

Many people think that if they have dry skin, they need to take large baths to hydrate it. But this is a completely false myth that the cosmetics and soap companies have taken advantage of.

If you wash too much, you will worsen any dryness problem you have.

This is because when we wash ourselves we use products that contain too many chemicals.

It is certain that they remove the residues that accumulate on the skin during the day, but they also remove the protective layer.

This haze is also affected when you take very hot showers. In this case, your skin will also be drier.

To prevent this delicious shower from giving you too much trouble, remember:

  • Shower once a day, unless you are doing sports.
  • Avoid spending too much time underwater.
  • Make sure the water is lukewarm, or as temperate as possible.
